Pork Adobo

Instructions:
-
Heat the pot and put the cooking oil in the frying pan.
-
Put garlic and onion in the frying pan.
-
Put the pork and potato and wait for few minutes.
-
After waiting for few minutes put soysauce and pepper to taste.
-
Add some water and vinegar.
-
Add some salt or magic sarap to taste and wait for 15 minutes.
-
Serve hot. Share and enjoy!

Mango Shake

Ingredients:

2 lbs pork belly
-
2 tbsp garlic, minced or crushed
-
4 tbsp vinegar
-
½ cup soy sauce
-
1 tbsp whole pepper corn
-
1 cup water
-
salt to taste
Ingredients:
-
4 pieces ripe mango, peeled and sliced
-
2 cups ice cubes
-
1 cup evaporated milk(optional)
-
sugar or other sweetener to taste
Instructions:
1. In a blender, process mango, milk, sugar and some ice until blended.
2. Add more ice until smooth then pour into glasses then served cold.

Banana Con Yelo

Procedure:
-
Combine water, sugar and salt in saucepan. Stir to dissolve and bring to a boil.

Add the saba bananas and vanilla.
-
Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the saba bananas are tender and syrup thickens.

Remove from heat.
-
Serve and Enjoy!

Turon
Procedure:
-
Cut banana in half, and cut each half into 3 pieces. Roll slightly each banana piece in sugar.
-
Place coated bananas on top of eachlumpia wrapper.
-
Fry in deep medium-high oil. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon of sugar over your turon. This will caramelize and stick to your turon. Flip yourturon to coat evenly with caramelized sugar. Fry until golden brown and crisp.

Remove from pan and set over wax paper for a couple of minutes and then enjoy!

5 pcs saba na saging, sliced diagonally (vertically, crosswise or in circles, whichever you prefer)

1 cup brown sugar

2 cups of water
-
¼ cup of fresh milk
-
1 ½ of crushed ice

1/2 dozen ripe saba (banana plantain)

1 cup chopped langka (jackfruit)
-
1/2 cup brown sugar

lumpia (spring roll) wrappers

oil, enough for deep frying
Fried Ham and Cheese Roll

Procedure
-
Remove the dark ends of the sliced bread.
-
Heat the cooking oil in a cooking pot.
-
Lay each bread slice flat and then put a cling wrap on over each piece. Press using your palm until the bread becomes flat.
-
Arrange the ham, cheese, and pimento strips on the bread. Roll the bread until the filling is covered. Secure with a toothpick.
-
Dip the rolled bread in beaten egg and place it in the bread crumbs.
-
Fry in low to medium heat until the color turns golden brown (about 5 to 7 minutes).
-
Arrange the fried rolls in a plate line.
-
Serve as a snack or slice into pieces and serve as an appetizer.
